The GAT-Ship software is the preferred tool of more than 100 clients worldwide. GAT-Ship is being used by agents in Europe, United States, South America, Africa and Asia.
After the successful rollout of the GAT-Ship software to all our Agencies in Germany and Poland, we accelerate our performance and achieved our goals immediately. All our teams get access to the same data level, improving productivity and keeping the high standard of our professional services on the same level. Most important, the easy handling and administration of the software improve the acceptance for all users in the ports and the management.
In North Atlantic Agency (NAA), we started by implementing GAT-Ship in Greenland, followed by Iceland and finally the Faroe Islands. The biggest benefit of using GAT-Ship is the flow from preparation to operation and finally finance and invoicing. We can work better together as a team, information is not stored on email and scattered excel sheets, but gathered in one centralized system. We are able to create the final DA much quicker as all services, deliveries, crew changes etc, are stored within the port call. We use GAT-Ship for our cruise, navy, trawler and cargo clients.
Euro Nordic Logistics agency department started using GAT-Ship in 2009. Since that time a lot changed. Euro Nordic experienced a firm growth with often complicated port calls.
GAT-Ship proved to be the right partner to support us through the years. Also GAT-Ship developed steadily and until today still keeps up with our challenging change requests.
GAT-Ship is flexible in many ways and provides numerous options to adapt the system to the users needs and quality standards. Besides the normal use, for Euro Nordic Logistics the availability of the web module version of the system is a valued feature. This enables our agents on board to feed the system with the needed information without delay and have the latest info available for the vessels crew.
Besides this GAT-Ship can be used by different offices and ports. This supports transparency and uniformity between offices.
